Job summary

Innovize LLC in Saint Paul, MN is seeking an entry-level Technician I for the weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–5:30pm). This role involves learning to operate manufacturing equipment, reading basic prints, and following prescribed procedures to meet quality standards.

Prior experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and work safely is essential. You will perform quality inspections, document results, and support production goals while developing hands-on skills in assembly and

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent.
Up to 2 years manufacturing experience preferred; medical manufacturing experience a plus.
With training, able to read and understand print drawings.
Proficient PC skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate rate deficiencies to management per work instructions.
Perform quality process inspections per quality department procedures and engineering work instructions and document results or as instructed.
Positively contribute to company’s safety, quality and production goals.
Responsible for reporting to management any unsafe working conditions.
Responsible for accurate entries in the computer time clock system.
Develop satisfactory packaging and assembly skills.
Read and understand basic prints.
