Job summary

Innovize, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Technician I for a weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm) in Saint Paul, MN. The role involves learning to operate manufacturing machines, follow printed instructions, and perform basic packaging and assembly tasks on simple, repetitive operations.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years manufacturing experience preferred; medical manufacturing experience a plus.
• With training, able to read and understand print drawings.
• Proficient PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate rate deficiencies to management per work instructions
• Perform quality process inspections per quality department procedures and engineering work instructions and document results or as instructed
• Positively contribute to company’s safety, quality and production goals
• Responsible for reporting to management any unsafe working conditions
• Responsible for accurate entries in the computer time clock system
• Develop satisfactory packaging and assembly skills
• Read and understand basic prints
