Job summary

O’Neil Digital Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the weekend shift (3x12) to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. The role supports site goals through proactive maintenance and safety adherence.

You will perform diverse tasks, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs, read manuals and work orders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED; at least 4 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills, with some PLC experience and HVAC understanding.
• Experience with Bindery and Finishing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Must read/write/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Perform simple machinist duties and various mechanical tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
