Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions seeks a Maintenance Technician I for the weekend shift (3x12) to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced printing and digital workflow environment. You will read manuals, diagnose issues, replace parts, and perform preventive maintenance to support site goals.

The ideal candidate brings hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills, some PLC exposure, and HVAC understanding, plus the ability to lift 40

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, plus at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills, with some PLC experience and HVAC understanding.
• Experience with Bindery and Finishing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and test adjustments.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic plumbing and carpentry tasks.
