Job summary

LSI ADL is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to join our Surface Mount team as a Machine Operator. You will operate and maintain an Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to perform quality inspections of assembled printed circuit boards.

Responsibilities include daily operation of the surface mount machine, documenting serial numbers, and logging pass/fail results. This is a full-time on-site role with a weekend shift schedule and company benefits including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain AOI machines to inspect PCB assemblies.
• Follow IPC standards and customer documentation for quality.
• Document and log serial numbers and pass/fail results.
• Tag failed assemblies for repair or rework.

JOB SUMMARY

LSI ADL is looking for energetic and outgoing individual to join our Surface Mount team as a Machine Operator. With this role the employee is responsible for Operate and maintain Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine to perform quality inspections of assembled printed circuit boards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily operation of surface mount machine for inspection of printed circuit boards using IPC standards and customer documentation to assure quality standards and meet customer demands.
• Verify accuracy of documentation per work orders, machine programming, and customer specifications.
• Document and log serial numbers and pass/fail assemblies.
• Tag failed assemblies for repair.
• Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations.
• Represent LSI Industries in the most positive manner with prospective, current and former employees, clients, suppliers, and the community we serve.
• Interact professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers.
• Learn and practice standard operating procedures.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management.
• Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
• Other duties as assigned.
