Job summary

The Little Gym Rogers is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to assist our program director in morning operations. You will handle check-ins, guest service, POS transactions, and light cleaning while supporting our children\'s classes aged 4 months to 12 years.

This part-time role offers weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00–1:30) with starting pay between $12.00 and $15.00 per hour, based on experience. All inquiries go through the local franchise office.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or child-focused activities preferred but not required.
• Part-time availability on weekends; morning operations.
• Experience with gymnastics/dance/theater preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the program director with morning operations.
• Provide customer service and handle point-of-sale transactions.
• Greet visitors and manage reception duties.
• Teach or assist with classes for ages 4 months - 12 years.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the facility.

This position is part time with the expected weekly hours to be between 8:00-1:30 Saturday and Sunday. Experience with children, gymnastics, dance, or theater preferred but not required. Starting pay ranges between 12-15/hour based on experience. Additional weekend hours or weekday hours available upon request.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
