The Little Gym is seeking an energetic Weekend Manager in Fayetteville to lead our team and create an amazing experience for children and families. This role blends leadership with hands-on teaching in a fun, high-energy environment.

You will oversee weekend operations, coach staff, teach gymnastics-based classes for ages 10 months to 10 years, and deliver outstanding customer service at the front desk. Join a supportive team and help make weekends memorable for families.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience working with children (infants through elementary age).

Key Responsibilities

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life's Adventures by using movement‑based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
