The Little Gym of Rogers is seeking a Part-Time Gymnastics Instructor to lead engaging classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years. You will teach basic gymnastics, create a fun environment, and assist with parties and events.

We value energetic, reliable team players who communicate well with kids and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in gymnastics, dance, or teaching is preferred.

Part-Time Gymnastics Instructor / Kids Coach

Love working with kids and staying active? We’re hiring a high-energy, part-time Gymnastics Instructor to lead fun, engaging classes for children ages 4 months–12 years!

What You’ll Do

• Teach basic gymnastics & movement skills
• Lead fun, structured classes
• Create a safe, positive environment
• Help with parties, camps & events

What We’re Looking For

Preferred (not Required) Gymnastics, cheer, dance, theater, childcare, or teaching experience

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time (evenings + weekends,)
• 10–20 hours/week
• Competitive hourly pay + growth opportunities

Compensation: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
