Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Harmon Recycling in Savannah, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator to move product within the recycling facility and load/unload trailers. You will keep accurate records and work with teammates to maintain a safe, efficient operation.

Starting pay is $20-22 per hour, depending on experience. Shifts include first and second, with weekends/holidays and overtime as needed. Qualifications include experience in an industrial setting and at least 6 months operating a forklift.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• 6 months or more of forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trailers.
• Ensure accurate record keeping for all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Work collaboratively with other team members.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety rules and removing debris.
