Responsibilities

• Read drawings and specifications to assemble and wire control equipment.
• Determine parts and materials needed; requisition from stock.
• Prepare wire for assembly by cutting, stripping, attaching terminals.
• Assemble and wire components; route, adjust, and fit sub-assemblies.
• Handle lifting, bending, and ladder work as needed.
• Test completed assemblies; ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Implement engineering changes and perform required repairs.
• Report irregularities or equipment malfunctions to supervisor/coach.
• Maintain records as required.
• Follow safety and hygiene rules; keep work area neat.
• Operate power tools (battery and pneumatic).
• Perform other assignments as required.
