Eaton, located in Arden, NC, is seeking a Full Time - Assembler for the weekend shift to build sub-assemblies and complete control equipment units through winding, wiring, and copper fabrication. The role requires attention to electrical and mechanical specifications and strict quality checks.

The candidate will assemble Main Breaker Units, read schematics, and ensure all work meets safety and production standards. Lifting up to 35 pounds and using hand tools are required.

Formación

• Experience in mechanical assembly and wiring tasks.
• Familiar with reading blueprints and BOMs.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks for documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and wire Main Breaker Units per specs and production needs.
• Perform full mechanical assembly including structural build-out and component installation.
• Execute complex wiring using schematics, diagrams, and BOM.
• Ensure copper connections meet bracing specs.
• Inspect finished work for electrical and mechanical performance.
• Prepare units for shipment and maintain clean work area.
• Follow production schedules to meet demand.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team to solve issues.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
