Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Dishwasher at Ivy Park in Laguna Woods, CA. This role runs Fri–Mon, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a pay range of $17.00–$18.50 per hour. You will keep dishes clean, sanitized, and properly stored in a team‑oriented, caring community setting.

Eligibility includes 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background and health screenings. Eligible benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Six months of kitchen or similar work experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, residents and families.
• Criminal background check and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dish room before meal service and transport dishes to and from the kitchen.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils after use.
• Break down kitchen areas for cleanup and maintain sanitation standards.
• Respond to resident concerns in a professional and caring manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and residents, following safety guidelines.
• Encourage teamwork with other departments.
