Job summary

Majestic Surfaces in Youngsville, NC is seeking a CNC Operator for a hands-on training role with a Friday–Sunday shift (5:00am–5:00pm). The initial 30‑day training phase may require weekday hours to get you up to speed.

You will operate CNC milling machines to polish stone surfaces, load programs, and perform routine machine shop tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards. No prior experience required beyond a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with a positive mindset.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces.
• Load, run, and navigate program databases for accurate operation.
• Perform standard machine shop operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Ensure each part meets required specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Join our Youngsville, NC team as a CNC Operator and play a key role in polishing and finishing stone surfaces to meet our high-quality standards.

This is a Friday–Sunday shift, 5:00am–5:00pm. During the initial 30-day training phase, weekday hours may be required.

Physical & Work Environment

• Standing, lifting, and moving throughout 8–12 hour shifts
• Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Operate overhead crane and other shop equipment safely
• Use measuring tools and maintain quality standards
• Work in a fast-paced machine shop environment
