West Coast Energy Systems is seeking an assembler for weekend shifts to manufacture products to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role covers Assemblies I–III, requires following detailed instructions, and adherence to PPE and housekeeping procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, experience with complex assembly, familiarity with SAP or ERP systems, and a willingness to train others and contribute to process improvements.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent for Assemblies II and III.
• 1 year of complex assembly or related experience (Assembly II).
• 2 years of complex assembly or related experience (Assembly III).
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Experience in root cause problem solving (5 Why, 8D, PDCA).
• Experience training other employees on work instructions/standard work.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble products per work instructions and tolerances.
• Resolve issues with supervisor help.
• Suggest and implement improvements to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas.
• Provide training to new and current employees on work instructions.
• Develop understanding of product impact on the business.
• Continuously learn processes and apply changes.
