• Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Help write repair orders focusing on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections.
• Manage the loaner fleet and prepare agreements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to Saturday guests.
