White Lodging seeks friendly hospitality professionals to join our guest-focused team in our US hotels. Weekend availability is required. You will deliver outstanding service, know menu details, handle payments, and help with setup and closing duties while maintaining a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• An outgoing and social personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time, with availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure with a team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests with friendly conversation and suggestions.
• Set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
