Job summary

Tamarack Retirement Center in Oklahoma is seeking a Resident Associate to assist older residents who need 24-hour oversight, helping with daily living activities while promoting independence.

You will work weekends under a supervisor, perform duties including dressing, mobility, dining assistance, safety checks, and participate in activities. Must have CNA and CPR/BLS; food handler permit required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Aide in Oklahoma required.
• Current CPR or BLS certification preferred or provided during orientation.
• Food handler permit required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Escort residents and coordinate transportation needs.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Support dining services during meals and bussing.
• Participate in resident-centered activity programs.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and environmental checks.
