Job summary

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is seeking a Facilities Security Clerk to help maintain secure buildings and grounds. The position requires monitoring entry points, responding to calls, and assisting with transportation of staff and residents as needed.

Schedule includes evenings and weekends; candidate must meet driving and weight-lifting requirements. This is a full-time, non-exempt role located in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor and secure facilities and respond to calls.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all required offices campus buildings are locked and secured as required.
• Escorts employees on rounds and during shift changes to ensure security and safety.
• Answer telephones and take messages as needed.
• Transport staff and residents as needed using a company vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
