• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies, office areas, ATM or vestibule areas, and exterior perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and public areas, check identification as required by post orders, and help maintain orderly visitor flow and employee access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders as directed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate noteworthy information to supervision.
