Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive facility location by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas, parking locations, and exterior perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access and document observations per site procedures.
• Complete reports, logs and incident documentation and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
