Signal Of Michigan seeks a Security Dedicated Officer to perform static security for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas, ensuring access points are secured and property residents are protected with vigilance.

Responsibilities include timely shift reporting, punctual attendance, client interaction, and safeguarding equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license and complete training within the first month.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times.
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dedicated security services per post orders and company values.
• Write detailed shift reports using company tech.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow dress code and instructions.
• Interact with on-site clients and staff to foster service mindset.
• Report issues to the Advanced Dedicated Officer or Branch Supervisor promptly.
• Guard and care for assigned equipment (radios, keys, vehicles).
• Deescalate incidents professionally and promptly.
• Meet daily benchmarks and service quality as directed.
• Communicate client needs and post order changes through daily scrum.
