• Surveillance: Monitor cameras and patrol premises to identify risks.

• Incident reporting: Document all incidents and observations.
• Patrolling: Conduct routine foot patrols of the facility.
• Customer service: Assist employees and visitors professionally.
• Safety inspections: Identify and report safety risks.
• Conflict resolution: Address disturbances calmly and maintain order.
• Collaboration: Work with team and emergency responders as needed.
