Job summary

Allied Universal in Osceola, WI is seeking a part-time Security Officer for weekend shifts. You will safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial settings, perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and deliver strong customer service.

The schedule is Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM and Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, with pay rate $19.00 per hour. Prioritize safety, follow procedures, and report observations to supervision. Be part of a team that values integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, production floors, warehouses, parking areas, and site perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, maintain visitor/contractor entry records, report suspicious activity or policy violations.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in reports and communicate with site leadership.
