Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is hiring part-time weekend Security Officers and Supervisors for a large university campus in Boston, MA. Dress code is business attire or business casual for guaranteed interviews. Pay rate is $23/hour with weekend shifts available.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with local authorities. Must be 18+, have a High School Diploma/GED, and pass a background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Dependable transportation.
• Clear English communication (written and verbal).
• Must pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor premises to detect irregularities or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement and fire departments as needed.
• Operates mobile unit to monitor exterior premises.
• Conducts foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed daily incident reports.
• Maintain and submit forms related to patrol activities.
• Respond to security and safety incidents.
• Maintain patrol vehicle upkeep (cleaning, maintenance).
• Conduct unarmed interior/exterior patrols.
• Respond to requests and determine course of action.
• Comply with on-site operations manual and post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by Client or Northeast Security, Inc.
