Responsibilities

• Surveillance: Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols.
• Access Control: Verify identification and issue visitor passes.
• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents and concerns.
• Patrolling: Perform routine foot patrols of the facility.
• Customer Service: Assist and support employees and visitors.
• Safety Inspections: Identify safety risks and report them.
• Conflict Resolution: Address disturbances calmly and professionally.
• Collaboration: Work with team members and emergency responders.
