Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must complete site-specific training before working independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to community entrance/exit.
• Verify resident and visitor access as required.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property by foot or vehicle.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Maintain awareness of community rules and site procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and notify authorities as needed.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Monitor areas for unusual conditions affecting security.
• Complete post-order training and site familiarization.
