Candidates should have a valid Guard Card, strong communication skills, and be reliable with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Uniforms are provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Valid Guard Card (required).
• Previous security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gated entrances and community access points.
• Verify resident and visitor access.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or incidents.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports.
• Respond professionally to resident concerns and emergencies.
• Enforce HOA rules and property policies.
