Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of the ninth grade required; High School or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (minimum 50 lbs) and perform physical labor.
• Must obtain boiler operation certificate for safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform building cleaning, facilities maintenance, and plant equipment operations.
• Operate custodial and grounds care equipment and maintain grounds.
• Maintain security of the school building during weekend shifts and report to locations as needed.
