Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hand cutters to produce rubber and silicone frames as instructed.
• Measure part dimensions with calipers and rulers and record results.
• Block release of faulty parts as instructed.
• Assemble and glue rubber profiles per print.
• Notch and drill rubber profiles per print.
• Install sensors and assemble rubber parts into components.
• Mill and cut rubber or silicone material.
• Drill and deburr parts.
• Record inspection data as required.
• Meet company standard times and scrap levels.
• Ensure proper material supply (rubber, silicone, inserts, profiles).
• Package semi-finished and finished goods per production orders.
• Maintain a safe and clean production area.
