1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Raleigh, NC is hiring part-time weekend staff to join our busy junk removal team. Shifts are 8–12 hours, 2–3 per week, with Friday–Sunday availability.

Earn $19–$23 per hour plus tips and bonuses, with weekly pay and paid training. This role is ideal for students or anyone seeking extra income and a fast-paced, active environment. You’ll work in teams of two in our iconic blue trucks, perform on-site estimates, remove items, and sort for donation or disposal.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to sell or upsell services is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active.

Responsabilités

• Inspect trucks at start of shift and participate in morning huddle.
• Work in two-person teams in our blue trucks.
• Provide on-site estimates and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Stay connected with the ops team throughout the day.
• End each shift knowing you contributed and got a workout.

What You Bring:

• 21+ years old (required for commercial insurance)
• Valid driver’s license (No CDL required)
• Clean driving record (3 years, no major violations)
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and solid communication skills
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus!
