• High School education or equivalent.
• 1+ years Rotary Press experience or technical training from a trade school.
• Ability to interpret basic prints.
• Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Medical manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience (5S, SMED, continuous improvement) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run basic jobs with little assistance using diagrams, videos, and work instructions.
• Communicate rate deficiencies to management per procedures.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Maintain accurate entries in the computer time clock system.
• Document inspection results accurately.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and production goals.
• Report unsafe working conditions to management.
• Interpret prints accurately and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Lead a team on the press to ensure tasks meet project requirements.
• Evaluate the team and adjust workflows to improve efficiency.
• Escalate issues to the technical lead or advisor if duties are not performed.
• Escalate when material usage or time for setup is exceeded.
