Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with rotary press equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rotary press equipment to complete production jobs efficiently.
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard procedures to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor machine performance and communicate any slowdowns or issues to leadership.
• Perform routine quality checks and record inspection results accurately.
• Read and interpret basic prints and job specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and timekeeping records.

Rotary Press Operator I Daily Tasks: What you will do:

• Set up and operate rotary press equipment to complete production jobs efficiently
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard procedures to ensure accurate production
• Monitor machine performance and communicate any slowdowns or issues to leadership
• Perform routine quality checks and record inspection results accurately
• Read and interpret basic prints and job specifications
• Maintain accurate production and timekeeping records
• Support team members assigned to your machine by guiding tasks such as inspecting, packing, and material handling

Rotary Press Operator I Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment or completion of a technical training program
• Experience with rotary press equipment is a plus
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings or instructions
