Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 1+ years Rotary Press experience or technical training in this area.
• Able to interpret basic prints accurately.
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Lean manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run basic jobs with minimal assistance using press diagrams and work instructions.
• Communicate rate deficiencies to management per procedures.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Make accurate entries in the time clock system and in documentation.
• Support safety, quality and production goals and report unsafe conditions.
• Understand prints and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Lead a team on the press to meet project requirements and inspect outputs.
• Evaluate team performance and adjust workflow to improve efficiency.
• Escalate issues to technical leads if duties are not performed.
• Escalate when material usage or setup time exceeds limits.
