Blommer Chocolate Company is seeking a Machine Operator - Pressing for weekend night shifts (Fri & Sat 11p-11a, Mon & Tue 3p-11:30p) at our site. Base pay is $21.50/hr with a $5 shift differential.

This role supports production, safety, quality, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced chocolate manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, perform basic maintenance, operate presses, and collaborate with the plant team to ensure efficient operations and

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English to perform tasks.
• Basic data entry into computer or electronic tablet.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set valves and pipes to move liquor from tanks to presses and enter data into the inventory system.
• Load and monitor press liquor, ensure proper flow and cocoa cake quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot press systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document HACCP-related results.
