The role focuses on directing care, coordinating staffing, and upholding policies to ensure high-quality resident outcomes. Qualified candidates must hold an NY RN license and have LTC/SNF supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered NY RN license.
• RN experience in long-term care (LTC) required.
• At least 1 year of LTC/SNF supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision.
• Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
• Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care.
• Evaluate care and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements.
• Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities.
• Act as an interface between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
• Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations
