Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking an RN to oversee nursing services and supervise the nursing department in accordance with federal, state, and company standards. This role includes 24-hour supervision and ensuring quality resident care under a physician-approved plan of care.

You will coordinate care plans, participate in admissions decisions, and lead daily management discussions. Licensure as RN/LPN is required with a nursing degree; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in the state practiced.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years nursing supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total resident care plans compliant with physician orders and regulations.
• Direct Nursing Services and supervise staff to ensure quality care.
• Participate in admissions decisions and resident status reviews.
• Ensure compassionate care, adequate staffing, and clean, safe environment.
• Support clinical operations in absence of the Director of Nursing.
