WW Healthcare Consultants seeks an RN Weekend Warrior/Supervisor for Menifee Meadows, a skilled nursing facility. Provide high-quality nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while working weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include med administration, care planning, EMR documentation, and coordination with physicians and families. Weekend hours offer incentive pay; strong clinical and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Formación

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care per policies and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per orders.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to NAs and ancillary staff.
• Monitor and document resident condition changes; initiate interventions.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, social services, and families.
• Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and support quality improvement initiatives.
