Ellicott Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the Weekend Warrior Program. The role offers weekend commitments with a pay rate of $46–$50 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus of $3750 and Daily Pay benefits.

Formación

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong team leadership for all staff members.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Provide support to residents and families to establish a compassionate environment.
• Respond to questions and requests with clear information.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following regulations.
• Monitor confidential information processing to protect resident privacy.
• Document resident care services accurately.
• Foster cooperation among health care teams.
