Job summary

Achieve Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor for weekend shifts at our Liberty, NY facility. The Weekend Warrior role covers Saturdays and Sundays, 8am–8pm, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a supportive team environment.

The RN Supervisor will manage staff, oversee patient care, and ensure adherence to policies while coordinating with physicians and other professionals to promote residents' health and well-being. LTC/SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in NY with current credentials.
• Previous RN Supervisor experience required.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and oversee patient care while ensuring policy adherence.
• Develop day-to-day and long-term care plans; direct staff and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Weekend Warrior RN Supervisor Sign On Bonus $7,500

Work 24 hours Saturday and Sunday get paid for 37.5Hrs.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures over the course of their shift. The RN Supervisor will promote and restore patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area, directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs and providing physical and psychological support for residents and their families.
