Higher Call Nursing Center in Quapaw, OK seeks an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and provide direct resident care. You will supervise CNAs, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.

• Genuine caring for elderly residents in a nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Plan shift services and activities with staff.
• Maintain nursing documentation and discharge planning.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor residents.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Participate in quality assurance and surveys as needed.
