Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead a nursing unit and ensure residents receive high-quality care. You will supervise staff, coordinate with physicians, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.

This on-site role requires current RN license, at least two years of related experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will manage schedules, mentor nurses, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Minimum 2 years related nursing experience.
• Good standing in the state registry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing unit including scheduling and directing nursing staff.
• Coordinate effective use of personnel, supplies, equipment and facilities; obtain medications and medical records to provide safe, efficient and therapeutic care to residents.
• Contact physicians as necessary and ensure physician interventions are timely and appropriate; ensure appropriate documentation of resident care.
• Review staffing patterns and census of nursing units; reassign personnel when necessary to meet residents' needs and budgetary controls.
