Job summary

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to support our team on weekends, with a 7am–7pm shift.

The supervisor will oversee direct care staff, assist the DON and Unit Managers with staffing, and provide hands-on patient care as needed. We value compassionate, person-centered care and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility.
• Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
• Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
• Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
