Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a PRN weekend RN to lead licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting. You’ll collaborate with physicians, coordinate care planning, and participate in risk management and documentation.

The role requires an active Georgia RN license, strong organizational and supervisory abilities, and proficiency with standard Office apps.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Experience supervising licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff activities.
• Oversees admissions, discharges and transfers as requested.
• Maintains communication with attending physicians and coordinates care planning.
• Monitors compliance, documents processes, and reports any issues.
• Coordinates with nursing leadership to ensure quality assurance and education programs.
