Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
• 2+ years RN experience in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisor experience needed; training provided.
• Effective communication, professionalism, and tact with staff, residents, families, visitors, and agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and state regulations governing nursing care centers.
