Bear Mountain Healthcare in Lowell, MA, seeks an RN Weekend Supervisor for our long-term care facility. You will lead weekend nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires MA licensure, LTC experience, and the ability to supervise on weekends, with a focus on patient safety, coordination of care, and adherence to regulations.

Competenze

• MA licensed registered nurse required.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate and evaluate residents' care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct care and assist with care within scope of practice.
• Document resident status and notify RN of pertinent observations.
• Maintain shift reports and 24-hour status records.
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered and ensure accurate records.
• Assist physicians and consultants with tests or procedures as needed.
• Participate in resident assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate resident care activities and communicate changes to team and families.
