Job summary

Bear Mountain Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing care at our Long Term Care facility in Lowell, MA. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, coordinate resident care, and ensure accurate documentation and timely physician communication.

Responsibilities include direct patient care as needed, supervising shifts, administering medications, and participating in surveys and quality initiatives. A MA RN license and LTC experience are required.

• MA RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and evaluate residents’ care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct care as directed and document promptly.
• Maintain the 24-hour report book and deliver accurate resident status reports at shift changes.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor resident responses.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness.
