Job summary

Shepherd of the Hills Living Center in Branson, Missouri seeks a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff, assure quality resident care, and coordinate services across units. You will round on units, direct care plans, and ensure safety, dignity, and adherence to policies.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate and RN/LPN licensure, with at least one year in long-term care and supervisory experience preferred. Excellent benefits accompany this weekend position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN/LPN.
• Minimum one-year experience in long term care – supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise resident care plan implementation and safety measures.
• Coordinate services on assigned units to create a homelike atmosphere.
• Regular rounding on nursing units and ensure dignity and respect for residents.
• Monitor staff adherence to policies and procedures, document incidents, and identify preventive actions.
• Facilitate communication between licensed nurses, providers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in assessment, care planning for changes in resident condition, and staff education.
• Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff with managers.
