Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee resident care and ensure adherence to policies. You will assign staff, monitor activities, and support residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being—thriving in a role that blends caregiving with leadership.

The position emphasizes person-centered care across our communities, Home Health, Hospice, and Office settings, and requires collaborating with the Director of Health Services to sustain high care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a diploma, or Associate Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Indiana.
• Previous experience in long‑term health care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high resident care quality by monitoring and coordinating staff.
• Assign staff within established guidelines.
• Observe and report residents' needs to the care team.
• Advocate for residents and families to physicians.
• Assist physicians with assessment, treatment, and evaluation.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and aides in direct care and activities.
• Document timely and accurately.
• Follow infection control techniques.
