Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead our care team at the Largo, Florida facility. You will supervise staff, oversee patient care, and ensure adherence to care standards and regulations while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on supervision of CNAs during shifts, and coordination with other facility personnel to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned
