Job summary

Aviata Health Group's Aviata at the Sea - Pompano Beach is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team for weekend shifts. You will supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards and regulations, ensuring high-quality care for residents.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and has experience in Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation settings, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and follows policies and procedures.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning work and training new staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
